Whether we hate it or worship it
there’s no denying that the sun
has been a life source
since the beginning of time
and always will be
without the sun
plants wither and die
human and animals cannot survive
on this planet without the sun
of course,can caused
damage to the skin
there’s a reason people
riligiously slap on sunscreen
the parennial quest for youth
and the beauty industry
is forever hammering
with some perception
that being fair is beautiful
and sun exposure means
unattractive tanned skin
not realising the sunlight
elevates the mood
on a gloomy rainy day
to when the sun is shining
and the birds are chirping
and you can see
or rather feel the difference
so,love and dont shy away
from the sun
and you will be all
the better of it.
