Most and common problem seen in people of irrespective age is blood pressure
There many of reasons that cause blood pressure , So people always go for doctors in controlling this.

Here are some natural remedies to keep blood pressure under your control .

Sleep People with high blood pressure should sleep min 8 hr a day and good to avoid tensions,stress,anger,strain .

Diet : When considered diet , Meat , chicken,Eggs, Spicy Food should be avoided .And fruits , vegetables and low proteins food should be taken

Exercise : Minimum physical workouts are needed to maintain balances calories .

Having raw vegetable juices daily will helps in controlling the blood pressure

Some fruits watermelon, lemon,grapes , gooseberry are should be in involved in diet for blood pressure patient

Weight maintenance very important to both prevention and control of blood pressure . Always maintain weight according to your height .

Regular usage of garlic in your diet will help in reducing the cholesterol and increases the blood circulation.


Rice has a low-fat, low-cholesterol, and low-salt content. It makes a perfect diet for those hypertensive persons who have been advised salt-restricted diets. Calcium in brown rice, in particular, soothes and relaxes the nervous system and helps relieve the symptoms of high blood pressure.

High Blood pressure is also known as hypertension. The main reasons for hypertension is stress, unbalanced diet, take unlimited alcohal, lack of exercises. Here are some tips for reducing blood pressure :
. Eat a healthy diet
. Lose Weight
. Reduce sodium in your diet
. Exercise regularly
. Reduce your stress
. Quit smoking
. Limit the amount of alcohal
